‘I can't really tell you what I got from it, there's so much, but a few examples are: 
confidence; I am generally a confident person, however, the confidence I gained was more of an 'I can actually make a difference in the world.' I've come out of it feeling that no fight is too big, if you want to make a change, just play your part and do what you do best.  
Leadership; even in a group of future leaders, there were many activities and exercises where I took the lead because I could put the skills I learnt from the workshop into use straightaway, and unite the group’.
